It has been a week since we decided to try Paleo. It's basically cutting out dairy, grains, and processed foods, also know as the "Caveman Diet." We were always intrigued by it and I thought it would be a good fit for Joe since he has a dairy intolerance and an addiction to blue cheese lol! Over the past week we have tried a good amount of recipes, some we really love so I wanted to share with all of you.
If you want to try Paleo my two pieces of advice would be:
1. Prep! Have snacks prepared so you don't grab something quick out the pantry you're not supposed to have. I'm going to share a few that have helped us below.
2. Pinterest. If you don't already have an account get one, it will be a life saver. I could never think/create any of these recipes without it. While you're at it follow me too for recipe inspiration HERE.
